Shipping policy

Delivery

Orders received Mon-Fri will be dispatched within 2 working days. Any orders received over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. 

Custom items are handmade to order and may take longer to fulfill. Please refer to individual listings for shipping times.

Orders are shipped by - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Delivery aim is 2 working days)

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked (Delivery is 5+ days)

If your package hasn't arrived 10 working days after dispatch, please use the contact tab on the website or email karen@pixiebunnycreations.co.uk so we can review/resend your order. We can't be held responsible for the errors or delays of Royal Mail in delivering your package, but we will do what we can to locate the package for you if it's delayed.

Delayed or lost parcels

Orders that are lost in the post will be resent by us once we have verified the correct delivery details. UK orders are classed as lost 10 working days after dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us because you supplied us with an incorrect shipping address, we will request that you pay an additional shipping payment so we can re-send it to you.

If a parcel is delayed or lost because you supplied us with an incorrect shipping address, this is not covered under our replacement guarantee., and we cannot resend your order free of charge. You will be required to place a new order or wait for the parcel to be returned to us.
